Alaska Airline provides three classes of travel;
First Class - Alaska Airline allows passengers to travel in luxury with the custom designed Recaro leather seats which are equipped with power outlets, have a generous recline and a 40" pitch along with footrests, tablet holders and easy-to-reach holders. All meals served in First class have been inspired by the West Coast and can be paired along with handpicked wine.
Premium Class - Alaska Airline provides passengers with the seats which have been redesigned for comfort and practical purposes which are equipped with USB and power outlets which allow for recharge on the go. The complimentary wine, beer and cocktails are also served at the seat.
Economy Class - Alaska Airline's economy is known as the main class which provides passengers with genuine leather seats and power in the seat and free in-flight entertainment.

All passengers are allowed 8kg for carry-on and 2 pieces of 23 kgs for checked-in luggage.

Flying Blue is the Air France-KLM's frequent flyer programme which allows earning miles based on the travel distance, fare and service class. Flying Blue program also includes Air Europa, Garuda Indonesia, Kenya Airways, Aircalin and TAMROM. Passengers can join as members as the program is free. Flying Blue has two types of miles: Award Miles and Level Miles, where Award Miles can expire in 20 months without flying and can be exchanged for other rewards and Level Miles is valid until 31 December of each year and is used to determine membership level. Award Miles can be redeemed for free tickets, upgrade in travel class, extra baggage allowance and lounge access. Members also can donate miles to charity through KLM AirCares or make purchases in the Flying Blue Stone. Award Miles can be earned on SkyTeam partners and Flying Blue partner airlines including Alaska Airlines, Air Corsica, Airlinair, Bangkok Airways, Chalair Aviation, Comair, Copa Airlines, Gol Transportes Aéreos, Japan Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, TAAG Angola, Twin Jet, and Ukraine International Airlines. Alaska Airline provides passengers with snacks, meals and beverage options which can be either accessed with Northen Bites, the buy on board meal program or can be pre-booked online during reservation. The special 'Picnic Packs' are offered in economy classes and complimentary meals or light snacks are served in first-class cabins. Alaska Airline was the first to introduce portable. hard-disk based, audio-video-on demand players known as digEplayer which could be rented during the passengers time onboard. Alaska Airline has now replaced the digEplayer with the Inflight entertainment Tablets along with passengers having access to Wi-Fi onboard. Onboard Support
