Finnair is the largest airline in Finland which is headquartered in Vantaa. Nordic Regional Airline and Finnair provide major air travel services to the domestic and international market in Finland. The airline is also the sixth oldest airline which is also the safest airline in the world with no fatal or hull-loss accidents since 1963.
Alliance
Oneworld founded in February 1999 is the third largest alliance in terms of passengers. Oneworld has 13 full members who collectively carry over 527.9 million passengers per year. Finnair Plus the frequent flyer program allows members to access OneWorld network member airlines. Passengers can access privileges based on the status of the member airline's frequent flyer program. Oneworld has three premium status levels which are Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.

Travel Class
Finnair provides for 3 travel classes:
Nordic Business Class: Finnair's business class passengers can relax and unwind in the full-flat beds along with the signature meals and cocktails onboard. All passengers on intercontinental flights are also provided with amenity kits. Passengers can book meal packages during reservation.
Economy Class: Passengers can enjoy wide seats which are comfortable for long-haul flights with ample leg space. Guests can pre-book their meals along with the buy-on-board menu for snacks and beverages such as coffee, tea and blueberry juice. Passengers can also add extra comfort with the Economy Comfort seat at an additional cost.
Frequent Flyer Program
Finnair Plus is the frequent flyer program which allows members to see exclusive members-only offers, upgrade travel class, avail lounge access and enjoy extra services. Members can log into their account to claim missing points.
Baggage allowance
Business class passengers are allowed 2 pieces of 23kgs for checked-in luggage and hand luggage of 10kgs.
Economy class passengers are allowed 23kgs for checked-in luggage and hand luggage of 10kgs.

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 36 hours to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 36 hours to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
In-Flight Services
Finnair's Nordic Sky Entertainment system keeps passengers occupied on board, the service is complimentary on most of the intercontinental flights. Passengers also have access to newspapers and magazines. Guests can also buy internet access during reservation or add onboard. With a selection of cosmetics, sweets and gifts onboard, in-flight shopping has an extensive selection for shopping.
Onboard support
Finnair provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. The Airport Customer Services units assist in check-in and departure procedures, receiving an unaccompanied minor, demonstration of seatbelt safety to children.
Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Finnair sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
